I started as a self-taught baker and cake artist beginning my career in 2009. What started as a hobby (making my daughter's first birthday cake) eventually grew into a passion and I found myself learning all i could from YouTube tutorials and internet blogs. My passion and love for cake making continued to blossom and I knew the next step would need to be hands-on experience. I left my corporate job and obtained my first bakery job in 2010. Since then, I've worked in several bakeries, learning the industry from the ground up and training with some of the best cake designers and competitors. Today, I'm a full-time mom and wife, running my home bakery business out of my fully licensed kitchen.
Every detail is taken into consideration including time, theme, colors, flavors, fillings, and structure.
I use only the best and freshest ingredients. All of my baked goods are made from scratch and every item is made to order.
